Born from a vow at the sacred ghats.
Trinetra, the third eye of divine vision, exists because the millions who gather in faith deserve more than luck when the crowd pulls them apart. Here is how and why we built it.
In an ocean of faith,
a single moment of separation
lasts a lifetime.
Lost
In seconds, a familiar hand disappears into the crowd.
Found
One scan reveals the information needed to help.
Reunited
Technology turns uncertainty into relief.
Named after the divine third eye, Trinetra helps families stay connected through QR-based identification, volunteer assistance, and instant alerts.
Mission and Vision
Our Mission
To reunite separated families at India's sacred gatherings, beginning with the Simhastha Kumbh Mela 2026, with speed, dignity, and certainty, by giving every devotee a sacred QR identity and backing it with a human network of trained volunteers and help booths across the grounds.
- Sacred QR identity for every pilgrim
- Real-time alerts reaching family in seconds
- 1,200 booths and 5,000 volunteers on the ground
- Reunion guided by live GPS navigation
Our Vision
A future where no crowd, at any sacred gathering, is ever an obstacle to safety. A future in which technology guided by divine vision, not just algorithms, ensures that every pilgrim who steps onto sacred ground can step away from it whole, with their family beside them and peace in their heart.
Beyond 2026, Trinetra aims to become the definitive safety infrastructure for every large sacred gathering in India, a platform where faith and technology walk the same path.
From a single vow to Kumbh 2026
The Vow
A volunteer returning from Nashik watched a grandmother separated from her family at the Ramkund ghat, weeping in a sea of strangers. That evening a single question crystallised: why does a crowd of forty million people have no digital safety net? The idea for Trinetra was written on a notepad.
Platform Architecture
The core system design was finalised: a FastAPI backend, a Next.js web client, and a Capacitor-powered Android app sharing one codebase. The QR identity model, family grouping, and real-time alert pipeline were specified and reviewed.
Volunteer Network Design
Trinetra mapped its ground network across every major zone of the Nashik mela ground. Protocols for booth operators, roving volunteers, and zone coordinators were drafted, tested in tabletop exercises, and refined with input from community leaders.
Multi-language Launch
The full platform shipped in English, Hindi, and Marathi, covering every major pilgrim demographic. Local translators reviewed every screen and notification for cultural accuracy. The app became genuinely usable by a seventy-year-old first-time smartphone holder.
Android App Released
Trinetra for Android entered public beta. QR card generation, family dashboard, live alerts, GPS-guided reunion, and offline-capable registration all passed field testing across a simulated crowd event in Nashik.
Ready for the Mela
With 1,200 booths, 5,000 volunteers, and 40 million potential devotees, Trinetra opens its doors to the world. The platform is live, the network is trained, and the vow made in 2024 is kept.

The values that guide every decision
Seva
Selfless Service
Every line of code, every volunteer hour, and every booth is an act of service to the pilgrims. Technology is only as sacred as the intent behind it.
Suraksha
Protection
Safety is not a feature, it is the foundation. Trinetra is designed so that the most vulnerable pilgrims, children, elders, solo travellers, are never without a guardian.
Parivar
Family First
The family is the unit of every pilgrimage. Every design decision asks one question: does this make it faster and easier for a family to find each other?
Vishwas
Trust
Devotees entrust Trinetra with their most sensitive information. We protect it with encryption, minimal collection, and role-verified access, treating data as a sacred offering.
Walk the ghats with peace in your heart.
Register your family before the gathering begins. One scan is all it takes to turn panic into reunion, and reunion into memory.
