Every reunion starts with a hero on the ground.
5,000+ trained volunteers form the human backbone of Trinetra. They carry their phones, broadcast their GPS, and walk toward the lost so families never have to search alone.

Trinetra volunteers are not just bystanders. They are trained, role-verified, and dispatched with purpose. Seva volunteers from local communities walk the ghats alongside police liaisons and booth coordinators, forming an interlocking grid of human presence that no algorithm alone can replicate.
When a family marks someone lost, the nearest volunteers are notified within seconds. They carry the only tools that matter: a phone with Trinetra, eyes that scan faces, and a heart willing to stop everything for a stranger.
Seva Volunteer
Community members trained in crowd navigation, Trinetra app use, and gentle escort of reunited families. The backbone of the network.
Police Liaison
Designated officers with elevated Trinetra access. They coordinate zone-level searches and escalate cases that need immediate official response.
Booth Coordinator
Stationed at each help desk, they register walk-ins, print QR cards on the spot, and relay field alerts to roving volunteers in their sector.
From alert to embrace, six precise steps.
Every reunion follows the same sacred sequence, designed so no one hesitates and nothing falls through the cracks.
Alert Dispatched
A child is marked lost in the Trinetra app. Every volunteer in the relevant zone receives an instant push notification with a photo, name, age, and last-known location.
Volunteer Searches
The volunteer opens the alert to see the lost person's profile and the location pin. They begin scanning nearby faces, moving toward the last-known coordinates.
QR Scanned
When the person is found, the volunteer scans the Trinetra QR on the wristband or printed card. The system matches the identity instantly, no signal delay.
Marked Safe
The volunteer taps "Mark Safe" in the app. The record is updated in real time and the waiting family receives a confirmation with the volunteer's live GPS pin.
Family Navigates
The family opens Google Maps from the Trinetra notification and follows turn-by-turn directions to the volunteer's exact, continuously updating location.
Reunion
Family and devotee are reunited. The volunteer confirms the handoff in the app and the case is closed, logged, and celebrated across the network.
Every volunteer is a moving beacon.
Once a volunteer marks a person safe, their GPS coordinates are pushed to the family every few seconds. The Trinetra notification includes a direct link to Google Maps with the volunteer as the destination, updating live.
No describing locations through a crowd. No relying on landmarks that may have shifted. Just a blue dot on a map, and a family walking toward it.

The grounds are divided into 12 sectors. Volunteers are assigned to each zone so no pilgrim is ever more than a few minutes from a trained helper.
